As Calroy’s CEO, Ed Hoyt brings more than 3 decades of experience as a successful business leader in the nutraceutical industry.

Prior to Calroy, Ed co-founded and led a nutraceutical company that served thousands of healthcare practitioners worldwide. Its many first-in-class nutritional products were used by professional athletes and consumers alike. Through his role at Calroy Ed is continuing to pursue his personal mission – “to enrich the quality of life of people worldwide.”

Dr. Chen Chen is a widely respected scientist and entrepreneur. He held an undergraduate degree in Food Science and a graduate degree in Business Management before earning his MS and PhD degrees in Nutritional Science. He has worked in the food, nutritional, and pharmaceutical industries for over 30 years.

Early in his professional career Dr. Chen conducted research on human metabolism and the development of chronic degenerative diseases. He worked for a pharmaceutical company to develop product, formulation, and technology while serving as an adjunct faculty in the School of Health and Human Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Andie Crosby is a seasoned executive whose career bridges the worlds of consumer
brand marketing and healthcare. She built her foundation through high-profile
collaborations with iconic brands — including Nike, Apple, Gap, and Procter & Gamble
— via premier media outlets such as Rolling Stone, Glamour, and Vanity Fair,
developing deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer engagement, and business
growth.

Recognizing an opportunity to bring consumer-centric thinking to healthcare, Andie
pivoted into the integrative medicine space — a move that has defined the arc of her
career. As Chief Marketing Officer at The Institute for Functional Medicine, she built the
organization’s first marketing department and drove a 13-fold increase in trained
practitioners. Today, as President of Calroy Health Sciences and Founding Partner of
OvationLab, she applies her expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and
building high-growth teams to advance the adoption of personalized, evidence-based
health solutions.

At the heart of her work is a deeply personal mission: ensuring breakthrough science
doesn’t stay in the lab. She builds the strategies, teams, and market presence that
connect clinicians and patients with health solutions they can trust — grounded in
